Our Italian chefs have developed and trained our team in the age-old techniques of authentic Neapolitan pizza making. Delicious pillowy crusts and authentic light, crispy texture for the base.
When it comes to our subs we use the same attention to detail. We’ve been perfecting the dough to ensure we achieve the best-tasting sub, with a good bite.
Then we have our dough knots, fluffy delicious, garlicky, buttery and moorish.
Our development chefs are passionate about the dough we use and continue to develop and perfect our recipes.

The tikka
We’ve taken the British love of curry and turned that into a delicious pizza. If you like it spicy, this will hit the spot! Marinated chicken tikka, red onion, red chillies, spring onion, nigella seeds with our spicy Tikka sauce.

The southern Fried
It’s back!! The southern fried chicken sub is back with a vengeance. We wanted to develop the chicken a little more to get an authentic southern fried chicken taste. Don’t mess with this one, as it is a beast of a sub and hits the spot.

We use the freshest of ingredients to create our delicious dishes. Locally sourced cheeses, housemade sauces, meats and passata, to give you the tastiest flavours.
